The bad is that the glue gun boils the glue and it just ooooozes out continually (bad glue gun had to replace with a walmart version). The glue tabs are not all made the same. Several of them stretched out and broke only after a couple pulls. I take blame for one, because i wanted to test it, but slowly i had to replace all the tabs with better ones. the suction cup mount is the best 2cent arm that was ever produced. had to replace. the light board is nice. the mini puller is not made to be used more than about 10 times. the metals gouge each other as the thumb screw is tightened and makes it very frustrating to get proper tension. and then there is the slide hammer... WHAT A JOKE. the threads are not cut properly and after only 2 pulls they were ripped up so badly that none of the pieces will stay together for a pull. basically i can slide the parts apart by hand. so this is one reason to look at other kits without the slide hammer in this kit. buy smaller kits of individual parts otherwise you are getting the worst tools thrown in a 50 cent duffel bag ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not bad at all. *by S***H on Reviewed in the United States on October 8, 2018* Ok, not a professional quality kit, but you are not paying professional quality prices. This kit is definitely good enough for the average Joe trying to fix a few dents every now and then. I fixed about 15 hail damage style dents (actually caused by acorns) without breaking anything. Everything worked as it should with the exception of the suction cup mount... it didn't hold well. I used to work in the automotive aftermarket industry and have watched the pro's do this many times. I suspect most of the negative feedback is coming from people who are trying to exceed what thes things are designed to do. This is not for major body damage from an accident. It is for door dings and other small dents. Don't complain when you can't pull a crumbled fender straight.
