### ⭐

Doesn’t matter which incense is used.. trust me I bought 7 types

*by S***U on Reviewed in the United States on October 23, 2019*

This doesn’t act as it says in the description. The smoke rises up & never flows down the levels on the object. Complete waste of my money. Fantastic idea 💡 but no follow through. Very disappointing.

### ⭐⭐

    Product Is Unbalanced

*by I***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 12, 2019*

It was dirty when I got it - not sure if that was due to the packaging, but I was willing to move beyond that. After washing and lighting a cone, the real issue revealed itself - it isn't balanced at all! The smoke pours onto the first level and just overflows from there instead of dripping down like it should. Extremely disappointed.
