They sent me a hand written thank you card! The tile was very well packaged and protected. The stones are very well made and beautiful! I wanted a peel and stick for my old ugly kitchen since I don't have funds for a remodel right now and this tile has a permanent feel to it like it will last years! If I go this route I will update my review. These stones are beautiful. They are perfect in size and color. Had I seen these stones first then I would have chosen them for my big project. I am in love with these stones.
