Would recommend. - Really love this cup. I have a low cervix and it sits inside all my cups as it is dangly, with this cup it is the nice tulip shape so there is the extra lip to keep it in place. I have had no leaks even on my heaviest days, I do have to change it more often than I would like on my heavy days, but on a light day I can leave it all day and not even notice it is there. It is firm enough to get a good comfortable position inside and stay there, plus it’s harder to spill it when you take it out because it is firm. Not too firm that it pushed the bladder etc. The silicone is much better than TPE cups I have previously used. The air holes are slanted and easy to clean, one rinse gets them clean. The packaging is nice and the bag is good quality compared to others I have had. Overall I would recommend this cup to anyone. I have used meluna shorty and the TPE wore out quick and became more oval than round and started to leak, it was good at first. I have also used a moon cup uk, which pushed against my bladder sometimes and was too large. Finally, I have used a femmycycle for low cervix, which I am pretty sure caused damage and elongation to my cervix due to the extreme suction. But this Lena cup is comfortable and quality compared to all of these. Unfortunately it didn't feel right when it was in and was causing me pain and was pressuring my bladder. I emailed Lena customer service and they were absolutely great. They asked me bunch of questions of how I was using it and based on answers recommended me their sensitive version, which they also sent to me for free. The sensitive cup is great and I've been using it without any troubles.
