I use them all the time. I have owned these mats for over a year now. I tell ya they have definitely paid for themselves. They also look as new as the day they came out if the box.My other silicone baking mats have yellowed over time and I would end up throwing them out. I bought these as a replacement to my old ones. I used to hate baking cookies because they would always stick to the pan. Now that I have the mats I throw one on my cookie sheet and I have no worries that whatever I'm baking will stick.
