The drops I am sure do help but I have not noticed. It's the diet that you must implement I think that does most of the work. It is extremely strict and you must follow it to a T to achieve results. I am still working on it but I do use the drops daily and I can say I've lost some weight but not how much some have stated. That is probably due to me not being so strict but I will keep trying and see if it will be more effective. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good way to jump start a weight loss. *by T***M on Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2015* I started using the drops for a few weeks and followed the diet exactly. Weight did come off so the rating I game was relatively high as the product did what it said. I suppose the drops did cut cravings, and the taste of them was palatable, but I was definitely still hungry ingesting only 800 calories a day. I read the online literature provided (printed material would have been better for me) and I became concerned when I read the part about what happened if you strayed from the diet while on the drops, you would gain weight at an "alarming" rate due to the HCG ingredients in the drops. Since I had a wedding to attend, I let the drops leave my system for three days as instructed before indulging. Then I went back to the prescribed eating plan without using the drops and continued to lose weight at the same rate. So my question is, why do I need the drops? If I breakfast on green tea and water and eat 4 oz of chosen organic protein along with a handful of specific vegetables, no oils - of course I would lose weight. Keeping my intake low overall and indulging modestly as events arise, without the added worry of gaining rapidly when I fall off the VERY restrictive diet has worked better for me. ### ⭐⭐ this IS HCG!!! *by B***T on Reviewed in the United States on April 21, 2015* Nowhere in the description does it say this is the HCG diet drops but when you get it in the mail, there it is...
