Brisk and full-bodied with notes of bright bergamot and lively citrus. Gluten Free and Carb Free. : Black Teas : Grocery & Gourmet Food Review: Tasty - Good Review: English Breakfast Tea made better. - Love English Breakfast Tea. Now I can have it with just a smidgen of caffeine. ## Features - GREYER IS BETTER: Bergamot orange is a fragrant citrus fruit native to southern Italy. Our quality blend uses a superior, light liquoring leaf combined with top grade natural Bergamot oil. You will note with pleasure the happy, citrusy taste of this tea without the effects of caffeine. - DECAFFEINATED TEA: Citizens who desire the pleasures of tea without caffeine may rest assured. We offer a splendid array of premium decaffeinated teas. All are naturally decaffeinated using an environmentally-friendly carbon dioxide/high-pressure process—absolutely free of any commercial chemical extraction. When it dissipates, the caffeine vanishes as well, leaving the tea’s healthful properties and rich flavors intact. - CAFFEINE IN TEA: On average, a 6 oz cup of black tea has about 50 milligrams of caffeine — less than half the amount in a standard cup of brewed coffee. A similarly- sized cup of oolong tea contains ~30-40 mgs of caffeine, while green tea contains roughly 20-30 mgs. White tea contains just 15-20 mgs per cup. Herbal teas are naturally caffeine- free. It’s also important to note that not all of the caffeine can be fully removed from decaf teas; typically, a very small amount (such as 2-4 mgs/cup). - STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over a tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy Sip by Sip. Add a bit of honey or a splash of milk if desired. For iced tea, double the amount of tea bags and pour over a generous amount of ice. After steeping, add the used tea bags to compost or soil — they make gardens happy. - GLUTEN-FREE INGREDIENTS: Decaffeinated black tea and natural bergamot oil ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0024SE6ZG | | Allergen Information | Allergen-Free | | Best Sellers Rank | #23,876 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #195 in Black Tea | | Brand | The Republic of Tea | | Brand Name | The Republic of Tea | | Caffeine Content Description | Decaffeinated | | Container Type | Tin | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 663 Reviews | | Diet Type | Gluten Free | | Each Unit Count | 50 | | Flavor | Earl Greyer | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00742676400103 | | Item Dimensions | 2.5 x 2.5 x 5.5 inches | | Item Form | Teabags | | Item Type Name | beverages | | Item Volume | 177.42 ml | | Item Weight | 5.6 ounces | | Manufacturer | The Republic of Tea | | Model Number | SYNCHKG012010 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 0742676400103 | | Product Benefits | Unique Citrus Flavor, Stress Relief | | Product Shelf Life | 730 days | | Recommended Uses For Product | Stress Relief | | Special Ingredients | bergamot oil | | Specialty | Carb Free, Decaffeinated, Gluten Free, Natural, Sugar Free | | Sweetness Description | Not Sweet | | Tea Variety | Black | | UPC | 742676400103 885260575259 885260814686 | | Unit Count | 50 Count | ## Images ![Decaf Earl Greyer - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/618BXebrwzL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasty *by P***R on August 7, 2026* Good ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ English Breakfast Tea made better. *by W***N on June 5, 2026* Love English Breakfast Tea.
