**Q: Does this block mildew ?**
A: Sorry no it does not.

**Q: Will this work on plastic?**
A: yes it will ... But you definitely need a primer designed specifically for plastic if you're using regular spray paint. The primer creates a foundation that helps the paint stick. Apply the spray primer to the COMPLETELY SANDED, CLEAN and DRY plastic item.

**Q: Does this kill black mold?**
A: Not recommended for mold or mildew
