Review: Works Great! - These are a wonderful baking tool. The size is just right! They are not as small as mini cup cake tins and not as large as a regular cup cake tins. I would say they are a 2 bite dessert, but my husband and kids eat them in 1. Before baking I sprayed them Pam, baked them, let cool and for 10 minutes, used a knife around some of the edges to help them release, let them cool completely then refrigerated them over night. The next day they came right out with out any issues! I hand washed them as I do all my baking pans and they washed up easily. The little disks are sharp, so be aware and wash with a sponge. I love that they came with so many extra disks. I highly recommend this so if you are on the fence....go for it you will not be disappointed.
