I did think for some reason it would resolve some back pain issues, which is did not. My one downside with this, is you need to take 6 pills a day and I prefer to put it all in a shake in the morning. I would suggest they make a version that is a scoop able powder, much quicker and easier than having to un cap 6 pills every morning.
