We will report back on the response received.Update,01/31/22Update, we have been working with Amazon. The seller claims the the lights have a 50,000 hour life. The lights started showing signs of flickering after about 3 weeks. They did not last 3,500 hours before the Led boards started shorting out. We have been unable to get a response from the seller at all. Amazon attempted to contact seller as well, with no response. The seller is still selling lights on Amazon, however they won’t respond to either the customer or Amazon. I would think if there issues with multiple customer and the seller does not respond to Amazon or the customer, that Amazon would put a hold sales until a response is made. If our customers were to complain to us about a seller not responding and we couple not get a response from the seller. We would suspend the seller from being able to sell on our site until they responded to us and the customers. I am wondering if Amazon has not become to large a company to be concerned with there customers concerns. I am about to the point of moving to the next level with this. My next move will be to contact Andy Jassy (CEO of Amazon) and Jeff Bezos (Founder) to ask if it’s their opinion that we should just give up on holding sellers accountable for miss representation of Their products or if Amazon will back up their customers and investigate its vendors. 12/07/21Update, I still have not heard back from the vendor. I will keep everyone updated. Please stop purchasing lights that do not have a warranty. It’s the only way we as consumers can hold manufacturers accountable for the items they sell. I am not asking for something for nothing. We spent several hard earned dollars with this manufacture to be left high and dry like this. The manufacturer will not even respond to discuss the issue with us. If enough people send notes to the manufacture asking about warranty info and asking them when they won’t answer inquiries from customers, maybe they will respond. They only lasted a year and if this is the life expectancy of the lights then you should adjust the life expectancy in the description.11/30/21update, I still have not heard from the seller. I have sent three messages to them with no response. I am concerned they are not planning to honor the warranty. I would be very skeptical about purchasing items from this vendor.I received the lights quickly, the packaging was very protective. The instructions were lacking and took a little research to figure it out. Once the lights were wired and turned on, they where amazing!! They put out so much light there were very little shadows. My ceiling is 19 feet. Move forward 2 years and the LEDS are begging to burn out. I reached out to the manufacture twice and they have not responded. Since I have been unable to get a response, I’m going to have to assume they will not be replaced. With only a couple a thousand hours on them (less than two years in a personal shop, average use was 10 hours a week). At this point I would say it’s not a good deal. I am more put off by the lack of response then the actual problem. I felt that with all the purchase history on Amazon, they would be a reputable company. I bought the 10 pack 200 watt.. they were like 46$ each average after taxes.. seems like all other ufo 150-300 watt lights are from 100-300$ each so I decided to roll the dice and go with the cheapest I’ve found on amazon... I put up 9 lights so far as I have a 40x60x14’ shop... I replaced the old fluorescents that were not trustworthy and age and cold was taking its toll. These lights are awesome in comparison to what I had, and less than half price I hope they last, but so far they are great!*update* December 2019’ I’ve had lights up and running for a year now, still working as good as the first day... I have 10 lights on one single light switch with no issues...I see other reviews complaining about lights flickering... I personally have not had that issue whatsoever, have worked great for me ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ceilings too tall. *by S***. on March 22, 2019* The lights were easy to install. So far they seem to be good. We have 24' ceilings the lighting is pretty good but not great because of the height.
