## Description

This wonderful manual comprises many of the early kriyas and meditations taught by Yogi Bhajan back in the 1970's. A time when Kundalini Yoga was still very new to the West and when students flocked from near and far to hear the revolutionary teachings and participate in the life-changing classes taught by the great Yogi.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some great kriyas, but pretty tough!
*by N***A on 22 June 2019*

Great addition to my yoga practice, but omg some of these are hardcore. Definitely can't do the exercises as long as it says, and am wary of some with a weak core a few years post C-section, but if you know what you're doing and when to stop, this is a great addition to your current yoga practice.
