It has a single zip to the top. Internally it has a mesh pocket on each wall 3.5 inches high. There are no zips on these pockets. It would have been more useful if at least one had a zip to keep small items secure. There are no external pockets. It would have been more useful if one had provided. The bag is padded which some may find useful others may consider it makes the bag less compact. I am using it to store a hard drive and some memory sticks and cards.
