Only the pump comes off of mine, please help** A: As far as I know, that's all that's supposed to come off. Mine are that way as well. They don't come completely apart, you can only take off the pump. If you need to refill it, take off the pump, push the plunger inside down to the bottom. Use a small round bottle cleaning brush with warm soapy water to wash the inside, let it dry, disinfect and refill. Hope this helps. **Q: Easy way to remove all product to clean?** A: Pretty easy to clean the whole thing. It comes apart. (The bottom moves up, as you use the product.) The plastic is brittle. It is a cute package. I'll probably go with something a little higher end next time.
