A: Yes, you are able to see through the bottom of the pouch

**Q: Do you think this would look good on an office desk?**
A: Maybe a Wisconsin Maple desk is a good choice. Not too decorative. Add blue accessories to compliment the orange bag.

**Q: How long is the shelf life?**
A: I just got mine, I only have 3 weeks to eat them. Awful. The one I bought from the store has a 5 month shelf life. Do not order these as they are clearly trying to get rid of their old stock.

**Q: Are the jasmine and basmati rice gluten free, for Celiacs?**
A: Rice is gluten free.  As far as I know, only wheat products have gluten like bread and pasta.  So those rice products that have seasoning are o.k. if there are no wheat products added.

So glad I decided to try this one! It tastes great and is so convenient!--the best I've found only takes only 90 seconds to get perfectly cooked and delicious Jasmine rice that I love so much! I massage the package to loosen the packaged rice and heat and enjoy!!!Great by itself or with a variety of desired veggies or other choices.
