I just ordered another one which will arrive tomorrow. I have had tension in my lower back for years and now my back feels normal again, I look forward every night to lay on it!! I am very satisfied with my purchase and well worth the money. The warm penetrating heat feels incredible! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Hard, Safe, No instructions *by L***A on Reviewed in the United States on May 29, 2020* Think about you are laying on rocks. I didn't and the benefit of the heat is outweighed by the rocks aggravating my fibromygala. It doesn't seem to bother my mom, but she goes lay a towel over the heating pad. (Doesn't help me). I liked the idea of the deeper heat, but it was the safety features that really got me. I hate other brand 2 hour shut offs and the ones that say on get left on and that's a hazard. I love the 8 or 9 hour timer selections, which did work properly. Saves electricity (except shows OF when off) and no burning the house down. Plus the EMF free, but I did not test that. The temperature is in weird numbers maybe celcius. I didn't quite get it figured out before I gave it up. Luckily it is simplistic enough to use or we'd been SOL since it came with no instructions what so ever. Ordered two, one for my mom and one for me, neither came with any instruction nor a reference to a web page with instructions. ### ⭐ Dangerous heating pad.
