## Description

We find the Western Schley pecan has far more taste than the Stuart variety grown in Georgia and we're fortunate enough to grow that locally. It is much moister and has a richer flavor. This late crop comes in around Christmas. Pecans are rich in antioxidants, vitamin E and the B-complex group.

I am a baker of bread, and I use these Pecans  for my special blueberry pecan bread. I've tried other brands and they fall way short… I'm very picky and this is the best I've ever had – very fresh and delightfully "nutty".

The pecans received had little or no taste and might as well have been saw dust.  I was not pleased with the purchase at all and ended up throwing 3/4 of the shipment away.  I would not buy from this vendor again.
