No more people complaining they can't hear me *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on 18 December 2018* the only loss here is that it won't work my media. I have to go to the phone for that. Otherwise I couldn't be happier! No more people complaining they can't hear me, or being unable to hear others. The sound is crisp, clear and pleasant with good volume. Intuitive controls. Plus it fits so comfortably I forget all about it and wear it all day. Highly recommend! I just wish I could run my audio from it. But I'm not marking it down a star for that because it does exactly what it advertises and does it better than any other bluetooth, especially the popular around-the-neck retractables. I've tried several expensive models only to be utterly disappointed at the lack of attention paid to call quality, which is apparently sacrificed for boom-box sound (which they don't deliver anyway, not on their best day). PLantronics puts their money where their mouth is.
