Has a little bit of a burning smell when using. But it's like that heat smell. It came in a bag. It had the package insert from what was clearly from the original packaging. So I can't help but wonder if I got a used one. I hope it was just repackaged because the original packaging broke or something. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent gift for creative ones! *by A***O on Reviewed in the United States on April 29, 2019* My daughter is in love with this. She can't stop using it and decorating everything. She's 10 and she totally can use it alone.Very easy to operate.I recommend buying extra rhinestones! otherwise you'll run out of them quickly! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Package came damaged *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 25, 2020* I love this! Easy to use and works great. The only problem is my package came damaged. It looked like they tried to wrap the plastic case with dirty rubber bands to keep it closed, but there was a huge hole in it and I’m sure some rhinestones fell out --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/94582056-allgoodware-rhinestone-hotfix-applicator-diy-hot-fix-applicator-crystal-wand](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/94582056-allgoodware-rhinestone-hotfix-applicator-diy-hot-fix-applicator-crystal-wand) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
