On the other hand, it holds a lot of tea and keeps it warm for a really long time, and it's pretty cheap for the size. I took extreme care of it during those 6 months to make sure that it would last. Eventually I had hand washed it and let dry and heard and explosion in the kitchen. Sure enough it was my tea bottle. I bought another one, giving the benefit of the doubt to the company and thinking it was my fault. Sure enough my second one, which I had just bought about three months ago. It exploded again without a warning. I am extremely frustrated and will not buy from this company again.
