Will this allow me to use crew driver bits?** A: If your impact is a 1/4" square drive or if you adapt it down to a 1/4" square drive you may be able to. But I would NOT recommend it. I don't believe it is designed to handle the shock of an impact wrench. **Q: Do you have the 3/8" square to 1/4" hex version of this?** A: do you have a 3/8 version of this tool. i just ordered the 1/4 and would like to have both. if it is available please add it to my order. thanks **Q: will this work with a Milwaukee impact driver? someone gave me a set of drill bits but they are not hex, they are round ends. Will this work?** A: First. Use your head. a round shank in a hex hole. What do you think would drive it? This is an adapter for a 1/4" ratchet or 1/4" socket drive handle. It turns them into an Apex screwdriver. Any kid of Apex will work. Torx, square, slot, Philips and a dozen more that are made. It is not for use on an impact driver or gun. It will not take the pounding. Do not put regular socket on any impact or driver. Use impact sockets only. You will round the drive corners of the chrome sockets. If you get a life time warranty they will not replace them. You abused them and they never get rounded when use with hand drivers. There is such a thing as a stupid question when people don't think. This adapter has so much slop in the drive end that makes it hard to use to drive anything. Screwdrivers don't need slop. I would never buy another one. Proto has slop. The German one I have has slop. The only one that I have that does not have slop is from a cheap no name set of Apex bits. It has almost no slop and no name. I have 9 different ones and this one has more that 3 times the slop as any others I have. **Q: I have a multitool with a 3/16 square post tool...can this adapter fit on it to use 1/4 inch driver bits? Is a listed 1/4 inch socket really 3/16?** A: The 1/4 to 1/4 is accurate. I have no idea if a 3/16 tool will fit it.
