Typically with probiotics you have to switch up strains to maintain effectiveness - OR - there are so few actual probiotics in the capsule that you dont see any benefit. These solve both issues so we have never had to switch them up. I take them in the morning with the rest of my supplements and at night if I'm eating out (you never know) and they work great. I've taken them with me when I travel to India and all over the Caribbean. Two quick stories of how powerful these are - my wife and I went on a cruise around the Gulf of Mexico - 6 countries. Took these in the morning, at night and before meals. We were both able to eat and drink locally when we were there during the day. Neither of us had major stomach issues. Story 2 - A friend of mine and her sister went to Cuba and made the huge mistake of "going native". Her sister got so sick they had to take her to a hospital. My friend was sick to her stomach for five days - stay home, no work, vomiting sick. I told her to get these and after her being sick for 5 days, these cleared the stomach bacteria up with a day. She, like we, were not belivers in this "witchcraft" but they do prove their worth.
