Review: Works great, whether or not you use the tabs - I used these with the Fat Daddios 6 inch cake pan, also sold on desertcart, and they fit perfectly. I had a particularly delicate (and gooey!) cake, and I had no trouble getting it out of the pan using these. The paper peeled away from the cake with no problems, either. I read another review stating that you need to be careful when pouring the batter, to keep the tabs from falling into the batter. Here is what I did: I thoroughly buttered the bottom and sides of the pan, then added the paper liner and pressed the tabs against the pan walls. They stuck to the walls just fine with the butter. Then I buttered the parchment bottom and tabs (the baking books I have recommend doing this to the paper anyway). Finally, I floured the pan. The tabs stayed put while I filled the pans, and released easily from both cake and pan after baking. I did let my cakes cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pans. One caveat I should mention: if you have an especially delicate, crumbly type of cake like I did, I don't recommend lifting it out using the tabs. As you pull the cake out, its weight causes it to bow in the middle, and could easily cause it to crack or crumble if it's not a sturdy cake. I ended up carefully inverting my cakes onto a rack the old-fashioned way after nearly losing a chunk of one while trying to use the tabs. I don't think this would be a problem with a sturdier cake however, such as your typical cake mix consistency. Overall, great product that performed exactly how I wanted it to.
Review: 5 hours like some kind of record - These parchment papers really saved the cake. I was able to make two 5 layer 6 inch round cakes in 1.5 hours like some kind of record. Cakes popped out beautifully. The cake itself which was for a friends birthday were a hit and I think these cake pans made me look like a much better baker than I actually am. Now if only i can find all the other shortcuts for making a perfect cake.

**Q: Strange that it doesn't say, but how many come in a pack??**
A: Hello! Each of our Perfect Parchment packs have 24 sheets in each. This is the same for all of our sizes. We will be sure to update any listings that don't show this information.

**Q: Where are they manufactured?  Are they made from recycled paper?**
A: Made in China.  Not recycled paper.

**Q: Is a cheesecake too heavy to lift out of a regular 9" cake pan when this round type of parchment paper is used in it?**
A: I think it might be too heavy. Don't they often recommend a springform pan for cheesecake?

**Q: I am worried that these may not be strong enough to lift up a cheesecake.....anyone tried? Success or failure? Do they rip easily?**
A: I've used these for mousse cake and they work great. They do not tear easily. I will never bake anything in a springform pan again with out them. You don't really lift with them it's more like sliding. You slide the cake onto the plate you want to serve on then gently slide the "paper" out. My cake(s) did not crack and they are 3+ inches high! Hope this helps!

I used these with the Fat Daddios 6 inch cake pan, also sold on Amazon, and they fit perfectly. I had a particularly delicate (and gooey!) cake, and I had no trouble getting it out of the pan using these. The paper peeled away from the cake with no problems, either. I read another review stating that you need to be careful when pouring the batter, to keep the tabs from falling into the batter. Here is what I did: I thoroughly buttered the bottom and sides of the pan, then added the paper liner and pressed the tabs against the pan walls. They stuck to the walls just fine with the butter. Then I buttered the parchment bottom and tabs (the baking books I have recommend doing this to the paper anyway). Finally, I floured the pan. These parchment papers really saved the cake. I was able to make two 5 layer 6 inch round cakes in 1.5 hours like some kind of record. Cakes popped out beautifully. Best investment for the kitchen baker, period. Love this - wish I'd have known about this years ago. I LOVE using aluminum pans - but no matter what spray or how much I used some of the cake would be stubborn and not come out. NO more - and with those wee wings on the sides, makes for even easier lifting action. GREAT gift idea for the one who has everything.
