We also made note of other reviews that made comments about the poor quality screws that came with the unit. My husband installed it with long screws with ease. He set our new PIN code and we keep a key in it. Such a great product for peace of mind!

Extremely difficult to move numbers. Need to use your nails to open and even then it takes a long time time (10 -15 minutes). I can't move all of the numbers either.
