A: No. You need mole grips for that.

A: Just over 4" or 85mm

**Q: Is the big one suitable for oil filters on a daily basis.**
A: It may work foil a car oil filter, but they are not specifically designed for this purpose. If I were going to be removing oil filters on a daily basis I would go for the proper tool for the job.

**Q: Can it be used for p-trap?**
A: Not really. The 250 mm ones are mainly for 15mm, 22mm fittings. 28mm at a push.
You would need the larger version, or ideally a pair of footprints. ( seriously. That is how they're known in the plumbing trade)
