A: Yes it is permanent and low smell.

**Q: Does this spraypaint have a strong odor like other spraypaints?**
A: No, not a strong smell. It does not really smell like paint at all but has a mild, somewhat off putting smell. Didn’t bother me and doesn’t smell when paint is dry!

A: i HAVEN'T TRIED TO REMOVE IT FROM ANYTHING.

I use it to spray sunburn block on new fruit tree growth. Its hard to find water based paint in a spray can like this. Works fine.
