It's fresh. I am required to take these vitamins twice a day. They are chewable and taste good. Usually, vitamins are hard to swallow and have some type of side effects. These do not. They do what they're supposed to do. Never had any problems. I am grateful that I can purchase these through Amazon. Prior to signing up for auto-ship through Amazon, I was chasing down these vitamins. It was 'hit or miss' most times because not a lot of them are stocked on shelves at the few stores which carried them. Now it's a worry-free experience, at a better price than if I bought them in the store. Will continue to take them for the rest of my life, or until they are no longer manufactured. ### ⭐ Not satisfactory *by R***N on April 15, 2013* Advertised as being a post bariatric surgery specialty vitamin, if you read the ingredients you'll find you're not getting nearly everything you need from a vitamin. I think it's analogous to false and deceptive advertising.If you want and need a good post bariatric vitamin, with or without iron, use the Celebrate brand. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good vitamins, work fine for me *by M***I on March 23, 2012* I have been using these vitamins since having weightloss surgery two years ago (6/10). I do also take extra iron, calcium and of course the sublingual b12 as instructed by my drs. So far labs have always come back great everything is staying balanced and I have lose 150Lbs. I have two bottles shipped every two months so get the reduced price. I like that you take four a day. I spread them out through out the day and feel that that alows me to absorb them better.
