## Description

The Viper Stuffa Pouch is a fully adaptable utility pouch depending on the content you put in it. Using bungee retention, you can adjust the height and width of the pouch and the unused space can be folded keeping the contents inside tidy and snug. At the top of the pouch, you will find a drawcord opening with a buckle secured lid giving you extra security for your items. This pouch can be mounted on a belt using a hook and loop lined belt mount. To further expand the versatility of the Viper Stuffa Pouch, we added a MOLLE panel on the back allowing you to mount the pouch to your rig, rucksack or any MOLLE compatible panel. Polyvinylchloride coated for added flexibility, impact and water resistance. External dimensions: approx. 11" x 7" x 4.7" or 30 x 18 x 12cm Weight: 225g or 7.94oz

Review: Crusader MK2 cook set , full stack with Trangia installed and lid fits perfectly - If you are struggling to find a pouch that can definitely fit a Crusader MK2 cook set,( if you know you know )then this is for you. The order I stack is lid first, MK2 stove with Trangia inside, then MK2 cook pot, 58 osprey water bottle, 58 mug on top of that. My long food pouch spoon slides in followed by a Bear Grills ferro rod. The elasticated binding when tightened, with the well made toggle, holds it all together with not much excess material to take up and stops the rattle when walking. The top flap secures with an adjustable buckle. This pouch was made for this set up. It is durable and well stitched. The molle spacing is standard size with twin strap fixing. The BCB pouch I have was never up to the job for the MK2 and this is available in black I will add photos on a later edit.
Review: Great twin pouch addition to a Karrimor SF Sabre 30L (or Predator 30L) rucksack - I bought two of these pouches to add to my Karrimor SF 30 rucksack, I particularly wanted to fit a BCB Crusader MKII cook set on the outside but out of view, which includes the NATO Osprey bottle with plastic mug, anodised aluminium stove and cooking mug. I put a second NATO bottle (not the full cook set) and other easy to reach bits in the other side. Unlike the, otherwise exact same, Karrimor Predator 30, the Sabre 30 does not have PALS for attaching MOLLE pouches such as the Viper Stuffa. However the dimensions of this pouch seemed ideal to easily fit the Crusader cook set with room to spare, so worth a try. It is worth mentioning that surprisingly the full Crusader MkII cook set or the NATO bottle alone does actually fit into the elasticated side pouch of Sabre 30 ruck sack, but I didn’t want it all on view as it would annoy me LOL! I bought the two Viper pouches from desertcart and as expected I could ignore the MOLLE attachments and mount it to the Sabre in different ways. The first way I did this (photos taken on Burgundy carpet) was to first poke the bottom of the pouch into the elasticated side pocket of the Sabre ruck sack, then I unthreaded the ruck sack lower cinch strap from its buckle and passed it through a webbing loop on the front of Viper pouch immediately below the shock cord toggle, then reconnected the cinch strap to its buckle on the rucksack - this fixes the pouch in place. Then I unclipped the rucksacks top side cinch strap and put to around the top of the Viper pouch through the first loops of shock cord. This further supports the pouch from the top and is hidden beneath the top flap of the viper pouch when closed. One thing I did find is that the upper and lower side cinch straps of the Sabre 30 are quite short if cinching around something as wide as a NATO bottle, although they do reach. However to make it easier to cinch tight I essentially extended both upper and lower straps on both sides with a loop of Paracord - this works really well. The second way (photos taken on wooden floor) I attached the Viper pouches (after realising that under the MOLLE attachments are large belt loops) was to simply thread the upper and lower rucksack side cinch straps through the upper and lower Viper pouch belt loops, then cinch them as tight as required. The Paracord loops were still advantageous on the lower cinch strap. This second method allows the full size of the pouch to be expanded, because the pouch isn't tucked into the elasticated rucksack pocket. Both methods work well and the first method looks a little more compact if you don't need the full size of the Viper pouch. Update: Finally method 2.1, see the image with the grey floor background. I lengthened the lower cinch strap with a longer piece of 25mm webbing and a slide buckle to mount it to the existing strap (folding and taping the original strap no longer being used). This new longer strap allows the Viper pouch to be cinched tight at the bottom, around the pouch rather than behind it using the lower belt loop as method 2.0, securing water bottles / contents tightly to the pouch and compressing the rucksack behind at the same time. Version 2.1 is the best option in my opinion. I hope this is useful because I feel it works perfectly and looks almost factory fitted! It allows the modular approach and instead of having to buy the Sabre 35L with built in side pouches for extra room, and for those of us that don’t want or don’t have the Predator MOLLE version of this pack.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How many rows of molle does it take up?**
A: MOLLE: 3 wide / 6 vertical.

**Q: Could you fit an issue basha in this? TIA**
A: Don’t have an issue Basha to hand. But a DD hammocks 3m x 3m fits easily with room to spare.

**Q: Could this fit a bowman radio?**
A: Must admit, I cannot remember the size of a Bowman set.
The Stuffa pouch measures 30cm x 18cm x 12 cm in size and expands from 3cm – 10cm.
So provided that a Bowman is within these parameters then it should fit without any issues.

**Q: Could I fit a 12cm billy can in this?**
A: Easily. This is about 2/3 the size of a rocket pouch

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good so far.

It's a good servicable long molle pouch of which the choice of its kind are limited. It's going to be fine for what I need it for for a long time and that's what you can hope for, especially for its price. Helikon Tex pouches are noticeably better in quality and in my opinion, durability, but, double the price, sometimes even triple for this, at the time of buying anyway.
