The Copic Cool Gray Markers set is the second kind of Cool Gray markers I have purchased, and the last brand I will buy. The other leading brand does not compare to these. The Copic markers apply more uniformly, blend better, dry smoother and have a better gradient (shades are closer to those one higher or lower) and (knock wood) they don't dry out as fast. When they do, you can refill for less than the cost of replacing them, and that's better for the environment too. It's a win-win! The initial cost is a little higher than the other brand, but when you have to replace theirs so often, the cost savings disappear real quick.
