Can get in regular or low salt. - I stock this all the time. My current diet is an alternate day fasting type. Whether on the day I eat or fast at 60 calories a can this is great as a super low heathy alternative to juice or diet sodas. Love the taste of V8, some people have become fans of fusion drinks also made by the same company, but I don't like mixing fruit and veggies. (Yes, I know a tomato is supposed to be a fruit, but that is the exception that proves my rule). I can drink this in the morning to help rehydrate on eating or fasting days, and not worry about calories or sugar. Bought by the 24 can case it can be cheaper than a lot of sugared or sugar free sodas or especially energy drinks. No caffeine, no added sugars and delicious. Recommended. Review: Good stuff. - Tastes great with a sandwich. I wish this was available in organic, or in bottles this size, but after not finding this at Costco or BJs Wholesale anymore since the pandemic, I was glad to find them f ou r reasonable price on desertcart. Can't think of a better canned item to stock in our emergency pantry during these uncertain times. V8 provides liquid and salt, as well as vitamins and fiber. Yeah, it's a lot of salt, that is why I do not drink it daily, but as an emergency food, the salt can be a good thing, ie when you don't have salt for the other foods you're eating. People tend to stock up on high calorie items but we need an easy source of veggies for nutrients too. Also, this is good hot, like a tomato soup, especially with a squeeze of lemon or lime, and some pepper. In a pinch, it can function as a tomatoey soup base. ## Features - Delicious Vegetable Juice: 24 pack of 11.5 fl oz cans of V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice - Easy Choice for Plant Based Goodness: Unique and satisfying juice blend that’s full of plant based goodness - Excellent Source of Vitamins: This veggie juice is an excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin C, and contains 2 1/2 servings of vegetables per 11.5 fl oz can - Nutrient-Rich Snack: Canned juice that is perfect for post workout recovery drinks and afternoon snacks - Nutritious, Delicious Vegetable Juice: Experience the delicious taste of V8: The Original Plant-Powered Drink ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00LM3G7IS | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #369,153 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #333 in Vegetable Juice Beverages | | Brand | V8 | | Brand Name | V8 | | Container Type | Can | | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 24,491 Reviews | | Diet Type | Gluten Free, Kosher, Vegetarian | | Each Unit Count | 11.5 | | Flavor | Original | | Global Trade Identification Number | 10051000153163 | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Package Weight | 8.77 kg | | Item Type Name | Juice | | Item Volume | 4260 ml | | Item Weight | 17.9 pounds | | Liquid Contents Description | Vegetable Juice | | Manufacturer | V8 | | Model Number | 200000015316 | | Number of Items | 24 | | Package Size Name | Pack of 24 | | Part Number | PF-V8J-1 | | Specialty | Gluten Free | | Unit Count | 276 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** V8 - **Flavor:** Original - **Number of Items:** 24 - **Specialty:** Gluten Free - **Unit Count:** 276 Fluid Ounces ## Images ![V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice, Vegetable Blend with Tomato Juice, 11.5 FL OZ Can (Pack of 24) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81sM5N2vvqL.jpg) ![V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice, Vegetable Blend with Tomato Juice, 11.5 FL OZ Can (Pack of 24) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81NAN3dTNIL.jpg) ![V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice, Vegetable Blend with Tomato Juice, 11.5 FL OZ Can (Pack of 24) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71SUcZKn1YL.jpg) ![V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice, Vegetable Blend with Tomato Juice, 11.5 FL OZ Can (Pack of 24) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81NAtOPDr3L.jpg) ![V8 Original 100% Vegetable Juice, Vegetable Blend with Tomato Juice, 11.5 FL OZ Can (Pack of 24) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/91yIT-P2fLL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Why in the world did this double in price at Amazon????** A: Amazon sells this for 10 to 13 bucks, they are currently out of stock. The 24+ price per is from "other sellers" that are trying to make a fast buck. Just wait a while and when Amazon has it back in stock it will drop back to 10 to 13. **Q: Why did they double the price on this item? Really disappointing.** A: Amazon didn't double THEIR price. They were likely sold out and the price you saw was from outside vendors who can charge anything they want. In addition to selling items from their own stick, Amazon is like eBay in that they allow listings from other vendors. The much higher price you saw was from an outside vendor. If you want the Amazon price, wait until it is re-stocked. **Q: can this juice be frozen (not inside the can, but once transferred into other container)?** A: It can be frozen..I do it for work..but shake very well when defrosted! **Q: Is this gluten free?** A: The question is a legitimate for people with celiac disease who can become violently ill if they ingest gluten. Something can have no gluten ingredients to start (i.e., vegetable juice) and then be "cross-contaminated" if the facility manufactures other gluten-containing items on the same equipment. Also, some preservatives contain gluten. It is not worth a sensitive celiac having to go to the hospital for an IV drip-- and possibly deadly if you are in an area with no hospital beds during the present pandemic. It is such an important question that I would suggest not trusting other consumers' answers. Instead, do your online research directly to the company to ascertain if they will commit in writing that this is indeed a certified gluten free product. If you are just electing to be gluten-free, of course the same level of care is not necessary. But please, let's not judge other people's concerns with snarky comments impugning their intelligence. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this stuff, low calorie, large can, gets daily veggie supply. I found no issues at all. No cans were dented. It was fresh. It was perfect. These are fairly high in sodium, around 40% daily recommended allowance per can, and there is a lower sodium option available from Amazon at about the same price at the point of this writing if that's a concern. I love the taste of this one, though I grant it took a little while to get used to. It's like a hit of tomato, a savor of celery and a finish of beets. That's the best way I can describe it. This is an outstanding value for a great product. ## Frequently Bought Together - V8 Vegetable Juice, 11.5-Ounce Cans (Pack Of 24) - James White Veg It 1L Cartons - Vegetable Juice - All Natural - Vegan - No Added Sugar (Pack of 8) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/9682188-v8-original-100-vegetable-juice-vegetable-blend-with-tomato-juice](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/9682188-v8-original-100-vegetable-juice-vegetable-blend-with-tomato-juice) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
