## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can anyone recommend the correct hooks to use with this? I need a lot (like 100) for my art show! So the cheaper the better:)**
A: I purchased that device with two packages of: Adams 5/16 x 3/4 x 1-3/8 Inches Clear Plastic Ceiling Hooks, 6 per Pack (ADM1900993241)$6.95 $6.99 Prime| as a gift for my hairdresser to use in her salon. She's pleased as they work perfectly easily attaching the hooks on her ceiling panels' strips.

**Q: How does this tool work? How long is the rod? And does it put up the T-bar Hooks, the plastic ceiling hangers?**
A: The tool does not come with a rod. I attached my putter upper to a standard length broom handle. The tool has a channel down the center in which a "hangler" sits. You then raise the rod up to your drop ceiling, straddle the Hangler around the framing and twist it into place. The beauty of the tool is that you do not need to get up onto a ladder to twist the Hanglers into place. You can put them up while standing comfortably on the floor.

**Q: Can you recommend a particular brand of broom or pole to use this with? I searched many stores and have not found a single broom with a threaded pole.**
A: I found a threaded broom stick in a small hardware store (ACE). My Lowe's and Home Depot didn't have them (or at least, I couldn't find them).

**Q: What are all the items needed to go with this product?**
A: You need a broom handle to screw the Hangler onto, and the grid clips. The product works great, but I had to take it with me to the store to find a broom handle that fit properly.
