Review: Worked Perfectly! - I bought the four piece set because I needed to drill in my recently completed tile shower wall to hand the shower rod. They worked great, very smooth holes with no cracking or flaking. And, as advertised, they did not walk across the tile like my old bit. Here was my process for using them: I placed masking tape down first. Then, I carefully located the bit on the right spot, and then pressed it into place until I could just hear it crunch a tiny amount. After that, I spun in 1/4 turns so it could make a divot to hold itself. Once the hole was started, I went in short bursts until I cleared the tile. After I was through the tile, I used a regular bit to complete hole.
Review: Tough - These bits made drilling multiple holes in a tile chimney for a TV mount very easy.

**Q: What is the exact diameter of each bit include? Please, no "small" or "probably" answers.**
A: Probably small ones..... Also they are listed in the "features & details" section. Gets you an answer much faster than waiting for someone else to tell you.

**Q: Will these drill through the bottom of a Clausen pickle jar?**
A: Draw a line for the cut making sure a fabrot line marker is used for accuracy. Allow at least 1/8” for width of blade. Apply even pressure through out duration of cut.  Be sure to wear gloves and ear protection when picking up glass shards and wife yelling “you are a moron but that’s partly why l still love after 40 years of marital bliss”.

**Q: When would you use these (for glass and tile)  instead of the cylindrical diamond bits?**
A: Thank you for your question. The GT2000 are designed for the lighter density of glass and wall tile or natural stone. If the tile is harder material like porcelain or granite it is recommended to use the diamond hole saws or cylindrical diamond bits. **Q: Do I need to purchase any other equipment, other than a cordless drill, to be able to make a 1/4" hole in a glass bottle?**
A: Thank you for your question. You should not have to have anything other than a drill. When using the GT2000 bits they should drill through glass bottles as long as you use water to keep bit cool while drilling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent quality, but no flats on the shank

Cuts glass pretty well, though has gotten dull after about 6 uses. Package shows and says the bits have a "three flats shank" to prevent slipping. However, the shank is completely cylindrical - no flats. Strange they would go to the trouble of printing this on the package when it is not true for these particular bits.
