I was unsure of its scrubbing power, but it proved me so wrong !! It lathers up nice, scrubs amazingly well.!! It is such a versatile pad, it is firm when dry and soft when wet. The left piece in the picture attached is after using it aggressively for 20 days and the right piece is brand new. I thought it would disintegrate but boy I was so wrong! It has no foul smell and no food scraps stuck in the fibers. I am so happy with my purchase. To get more bang for your buck, I would suggest getting the whole loofah and cutting it into desired lengths. I have even replaced my plastic bath loofah with this and I am loving it! When you wet it with warm water it becomes very soft and doesn’t scratch your body as you would imagine. My skin has become so smooth!! Best purchase!!

LOVE THESE!!! Concerned about microplastics on my dishes, I switched from Scrub Daddy sponges to these and they work just as good! They stay firm with cold water and soften with warm water. They don't get smelly, food doesn't really get stuck in them, and each one lasts a while. Definitely better than expected.
