    Oven Baking: Preheat the oven at 205°C, place filled sambosas on lightly oiled baking tray, brush the filled sambosas with melted butter or ghee. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the sambosas are golden brown colour is reached.
- Deep Frying: Heat oil at 170°C-185°C and carefully place filled sambosas into the oil, fry for 4-6 minutes until the desired golden brown colour sambosas
