## Description

Product description Why switch to a bamboo toothbrush? More than filling tips, killing animals, and adding to the giant floating mid-ocean garbage patches the size of countries, the plastic brushes also take at least over a thousand years to degrade – which is why bamboo is so great. Bamboo is a fast-growing, environmentally sustainable timber that regenerates itself naturally with minimal rain and without the need for harmful pesticides. The energy that goes into making a bamboo toothbrush is merely a tiny fraction of that which is required to produce the plastic alternative. The hundreds of choices we make each day impact the environment. Sometimes it’s a big decision… sometimes it’s as small as changing your toothbrush. Sustainable Bamboo Bamboo is a very fast-growing, renewable, and easy-to-grow resource. It requires no fertilizer and self-regenerates from its own roots. Biodegradable Handles Our toothbrush handles are completely biodegradable, so they won’t last forever in a landfill like every other brush! You can literally recycle the bristles, then throw the handle into your compost pile, where it will decompose naturally! Recycle Package Our brushes are packaged with 100% recyclable cardboard. Green packaging not only reduces your carbon footprint and environmental impact but is also beneficial after it has served its purpose as the packaging materials are biodegradable. BPA-Free Dupont Bristles The bristles are made from BPA-free Dupont Tynex nylon – one of the industry's highest-quality bristle materials. Making an impact on your smile, not only on the planet. · Made with soft bristles to prevent gum irritation. · The shape of the bristles is curved upwards for hard-to-reach areas. · The bristles are made of high-quality nylon. · Smooth-polished handle to ensure a comfortable brushing experience. · Individual numbers make it easy to tell every toothbrush apart. Specifications · Handle Length: 7.5 Inch · Brush head length: 1 Inch · Bristles length: 0.4 Inch

Review: The Goldilocks of Toothbrushes - Recently my dental office confirmed my suspicion that the common toothbrushes we were buying that used to be "soft" were no longer "soft." In my search for an alternative I stumbled upon these. I have always wanted to move away from the plastic toothbrush but pricing was always too high and quality too low. No more! I took a chance on these and they were exactly what our family needed. They are the Goldilocks of toothbrushes. The bristles are soft, but not so soft that you feel like your teeth aren't getting cleaned. The size of the brush head is nice too, not too big and not too small. The quality seems great, and the best part - no more plastic! An added bonus - they fit in our toothbrush holders! Woohoo!!! I will definitely be buying these again.
Review: Great buy! - I wanted time after the toothbrushes arrived and used them for a while before leaving a review. They're great! The product isn't delivered in any kind of plastic, and they are clean, well-made and completely biodegradable! It just takes a little getting used to, 'cause it wood instead of a plastic handle and the bristles are softer because they not made of nylon. So far I have no complaints and I'm thrilled to have found something else to use that won't float around in the ocean or sit in a landfilled for generations to come.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Goldilocks of Toothbrushes

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great buy!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fine, but uncomfortable on the edges of the mouth
*by E***. on November 10, 2019*

Glad to be using less plastic and these came quickly and well-packaged in cardboard, but the wood seems rough to me and has caused canker sores on the corners of the mouth as the wood rubs against them while brushing, no idea if this happens with all bamboo toothbrushes as these are my first set, or if these are noticeably less smooth than others. Not a huge deal as I just have to open wider and carefully brush at an angle to keep it from rubbing, but might try and get sandpaper and smooth them out a bit. Will probably try another brand when I run out (which won't be for a while with an 8-pack), but if other brands are the same I'll be coming back to this one for the price-quality ratio.
