It has been very painful and slow to heal. This Shoulder Wheel has really helped. I do approximately 100 revolutions per set, about 4 times a day. I can really feel the difference. It is really helping, along with the other exercises I'm doing. I highly recommend this Shoulder Wheel if you have a shoulder problem. For me, it was either this (physical exercise through a slow recovery) or surgery. I opted to steer clear of the surgery. This wheel is built like a tank.
