In fact it pretty much tastes like nothing. I've used it in tuna helper and made tuno salad with it and both were very good. It's a little chewy. ### ⭐ So disappointing *by A***N on June 23, 2023* This product falls short in so many ways. There is so little "tuna" in the can because it is full of water! Once you run the liquid off and then squeeze the solids with the lid it practically touches the bottom of the can. What remains is hardly enough to make a skimpy sandwich. The flavor is bland and the texture, while kind of chewy, is unsubstantial. Perhaps if I didn't have the Sophie's Kitchen Toona to compare to I wouldn't be so disappointed and discouraged by a company putting out such an inferior product.
