Review: A good wash! - I got this as I have psoriasis on my head. This shampoo has helped to lessen the effects of this although it is quite strong so care is needed in its use. I found it worked best if I used it every other day to begin with then twice a week but not leaving it on for 2/3 minutes as per the instructions as that made my scalp worse.

**Q: Does it have a strong medicated smell?**
A: not that i have noticed my brother-in-law uses it all the time and i have not noticed the smell

**Q: Is it safe to use for kids?**
A: There is a junior version of the oilatum shampoo which might be a better option for kids.  I don't think I could say one way or another if it is safe for kids but I can say it's not as harsh as it appears and does have a refreshing feel.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Say goodbye to dandruff!

Dandruff has been a problem with me for many years. Head & Shoulders have done well from my purchases while there has been no improvement in the condition of my hair. My brother recently told me about Oilatum so I decided to give it a try. I only used a very small amount, left it for about 5 minutes and finished with also a small amount of Aveeno Skin Relief Soothing Shampoo which i also left on for about 5 minutes before washing out. I could not believe how effective this was with the dandruff mostly cleared after only one treatment. I have continued doing this twice a week for the last couple of weeks and dandruff appears to be a thing of the past. I plan to cut back to once weekly or less frequently in the future but feel that I now have a solution if dandruff returns at some stage in the future. I found both shampoos soothing to use and particularly so the Aveeno
