It is HARD, it’s a stiff hard board that will not bend. at 6 weeks I still had swelling/inflammation below my belly button and needed something with firmer pressure. I had been using my faja since week 2, and added foams for compression and cushioning. As soon as I added the foams it felt so much better, used them for about 2-3 weeks, and needed something more and found that lymphatic massage therapist recommended the hard ab board and not the ones that flexed. I wish I got this ab board sooner. I use it on top of my foam. I was also still hunched over when I stood up and this board had helped me straighten out , I think because of the firmness not letting me bend or hunch, it keeps me better pushed up and keeps the faja from digging into my skin from sitting down.
