## Description

MIP INC Classic Hard Case with Aluminum Plating For Apple iPod 80gb 120gb 160gb (Black)

Review: Very nice case for a very small price - I just received a slim 160GB iPod Classic for Christmas and while it looks very sleek and shiny now, I was afraid it wouldn't stay that way for long without a little help. I didn't want some rubber or silicone case that covers up the classy design of the iPod itself, so I began browsing the hard acrylic cases that are out there. This one seems to be the best by far. Its clear back piece allows you to see that nice, shiny iPod showing through, while the front has a fairly tough piece of textured aluminum (in black, to mimic the front of my player). It's a fairly simple design that just works well. The clear screen cover gives you a great look at the iPod's screen, and the side cutouts do allow you access to all ports and buttons. It's only going to be defensive against scratches, nicks and the like...there's no cushioning or shock absorbent material inside. So if you plan on dropping your iPod a lot, you may want to look elsewhere.
Review: Great cover for the money - I have a 160gb 7th generation I pod and this cover fits perfect. It snaps on easy and fits tight. I like the cover over the screen as additional protection. I also like the opening for the adjustment wheel. It's very sturdy and offers great protection without adding much bulk. My I pod still slips easily into my pocket. I have no problem using the headphone jack or the charging port with the cover on. The Black color looks good on my black I pod.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this come with a universal dock adapter accessory made to fit for docking with ipod still inside case?**
A: No, it doesn't but whenever I need to charge it, is easy to take off the case. It came in some sizes so it should fit perfectly if you have a 7th generation iPod. (That's mines)

**Q: Does this iPod have a switch on top where you can lock it**
A: yes - on top left hand corner

**Q: is it an actual ipod**
A: No, It's a protective case that snaps together around your Ipod.

**Q: DOes this case protect ipod from drops?**
A: I can't say it will protect your ipod from all drops, but I've dropped mine twice and have had no problems. Although the case might come apart if the surface is to hard.
