No instructions in the package, but they did send instructions with the email they sent me asking for feedback, so that's good. My only complaint is that they are very hard to pull apart. Maybe there's some way they could put some kind of wide ribbon or something between them, to give us something to get ahold of to pull them apart? I was afraid I was going to break one trying to get enough space between them (they are flexible enough to push the sides in a little) to get air underneath the nested one, to break the suction. But I did eventually get them apart, and got everything set up according to instructions. My little cyclamen seems happy, but it's only been in the pot for a few days now.
