A: it is a 10qt. but it is a low 10qt.
the sides are low.  more of a braising pot

A: You can make it 4 big glass of rice in it it’s too wide and I really like it I used for family party.

**Q: Has this as non stick, is it?**
A: It is not nonstick, it is a brushed natural aluminum interior.

**Q: Is this 18/8 or 18/10 stainless steel?**
A: I don't know the thickness, but it's aluminum and reminds me of my US Navy cooking pans. I would say it a very thick pan.
