Very soft in the picture came out very nice. It is also double-sided which was a nice surprise. Like a few of the other reviewer’s, I did think it was a pillow but I found a throw pillow to stuff in it and it worked out. I’m surprised that this is so cheap. I will be ordering another as I accidentally put the wrong picture on this one. Received all 5 as ordered on May 28!!! I did pay for the fastest shipping. All 5 covers came up as I wanted / The fabric is so very soft, feels rich and durable. The zippers do not feel cheap, and they all zip smoothly. If that helps: Make sure to center your uploaded pictures as you wish them to show on the covers, ie: If you want the picture to show all over on the pillow, center your uploaded picture to cover the whole frame when customizing ; If you want your picture to be more centered to leave space off of the outline of the picture you want on the cover, then center the uploaded picture with that in mind. The pillows are pure white before the picture printing. I did send a message to the seller to assure they understood what I wanted. Got a reply the next morning: "Do not worry..." I send a message back to thank them for their answer, got a reply the same day: "You are welcome" All in all I am a very satisfied customer left with the feeling that this seller will handle all orders with the same professionalism and expertise...
