A: They worked on my 2009 Avalon, and 2012 Rav-4.  Now they work on my 2018 Camry.  Don't know about Lexus, but Lexus is same company as Toyota.

**Q: Curious to know , 2016 rav 4 limited front bumber/fender?**
A: Measure the diameter of the hole for the fastener and compare that with the recommended 7mm (~ 1/4") of this product. If you have a 1/4" drill bit use that - 7mm is slightly bigger so the drill bit will be really loose in the appropriate size hole.
