Had recently bought a 55 inch Samsung TV which was the showroom model so priced accordingly - this had only come with the ordinary remote as the smart remote control had gone missing. I wanted to use the voice control and other facilities which can be used only with the smart remote hence sending away for it. Now never use the ordinary remote at the smart one is so good to use.Ordered the remote and this arrived a few days later which was good service.
