Love Your Kitchen Elevate Utensil Set with Carousel (Set of 7), Black

These are really fun and practical, and much cheaper than what I've seen in stores by a different brand. The only problem is that some of them (the pink spoon, for example) curves down too much, so it's not actually elevated-- it touches and dirties the counter, which defeats the whole purpose. To get around this, I usually just have to set it down so it's hanging over the edge of a counter or sink. Also, the carousel is pretty light, so it tips over easily. But even if they didn't prop themselves up, this would still be a worthwhile purchase just for the pretty colors and carousel. It clears up space in the utensil drawer, keeps them handy, and gets compliments when people visit :)

The tools themselves are all I hoped for BUT the carousel arrived with several of the pegs for holding the utensils broken off. Could not be fixed without losing the spinning possibility. Contacted company BUT they did not even respond to my email. So much for consumer relations!Since the tools themselves were all I had hoped for, I did not send them back. The piece that keeps them elevated on the counter makes them harder to put in a traditional holder since it takes more space.I think the company should have sent me a replacement carousel and not to have ignored me. I threw it in the trash....it was useless to me.Can you help? Janice

I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before I purchased this set. Three out of six hooks on the carousel were snapped off when I took the product out of the undamaged box. I was dismayed that the carousel and utensils had been simply put in an open plastic bag and left to rattle around in the box with no padding whatsoever. I returned it and bought the Joseph Joseph set for twice the money and was amazed at how carefully the product was packaged. This is one of those times that you get what you pay for.

Like many of the reviewers I purchased this set to use with my Joseph Joseph set. Also like other reviewers there were 3 pegs broken off the carousel when I opened the box (there was no visible damage to the box). I do like the utensils better than the Joseph Joseph brand. I have hung them on the JJ stand and threw away the carousel that came with this set. The new utensils are a tad long for the JJ carousel but it works

I was leary at first because I've had bad luck with all plastic kitchen utensils. After using these for a while, I love them! The stand for them is perfect, I have it sitting right next to my range. Quick easy access, no digging thru drawers to find the utensil you need.

Received it. Loved the look of the utensils but all the hooks were broken. Should have read the user comments sooner. Apparently I'm not the only one who received it broken.

2 of the prongs were broken on the carousel right out of the box. I super-glued them back on and it seems to work OK, but they should package these better for shipping. The utensils are OK, not great, but I didn't expect them to be perfect either. If you can afford the more expensive brand, I would get those.

This is a nice utensil set to use with my new non stick pans. They fit my hand better than the others I had . I love the color addition in my kitchen and the carousel to put by my stove. I also like that they clean easily & can be put in the dishwasher.
