Used this ups to replace Liebert. Good product

Bought this thinking it was a fantastic deal. Eaton is supposed to be great and everything on a quick Google image search of this model showed a USB port. So I figured it would have one of the single most important features of a UPS - the ability to warn the system that AC power is down. It does not. Meaning that this unit is nothing more than a dumb battery and simply delays the hard power cut to you're devices for a few minutes. Also, only 3 of the power ports are battery backup. The bottom one cuts out with the power, but is still surge protected. I was able to eventually get a return, citing the inadequate description. The seller says they have no control over the description now that its live. So I've attached pictures for anyone who wants to see the back and side. IMO its really weird, and kind of funny, that a customer can improve a listing more than a seller.

Total waste of money. Can't connect it out of the box as incredibly it doesn't come with any plug to connect to the mains. No 2-pin, no 3-pin nothing!

As a bargain from the warehouse it serves my power backup perfectly ,as my old ups died and with my final year at uni the last thing I needed was a power outage in the middle of my project. Shame it has got a 3 pin output too as I had to order one of these

I was mislead by the product imaging to think that all models are equipped with USB - turns out that's not the case.

Doesn’t work out of box, second you unplug power it shuts down immediately. Pretty much useless. Seller was quick to advise it’s not their problem. Get good brand instead like APC.

So at present I have an expensive door stop. Contrary to the answer posted on here that the unit comes with a power cable - it does not. Contacted the supplier and was told “plug it into the unit you are supporting and then plug that into the socket. I have a laptop and a screen so the two cables provided are of no use to me. I will update the review once I have bought a power cable separately.

Me hace el servicio que necesitaba a un precio economico. Como punto negativo es que viene preparado para clavijas americanas y tube que comprar adaptadores para clavijas europeas.

In agenzia dove lavoro abbiamo usato per anni degli UPS di marca APC per proteggere ed alimentare le varie postazioni di lavoro e i dispositivi più importanti; a poco a poco abbiamo sostituito i modelli più vecchi (ai quali avevamo cambiato batterie per diversi cicli) con i più recenti modelli di APC, scoprendo però che in molti di questi la batteria NON era più sostituibile. Ho fatto quindi una ricerca per trovare prodotti altrettanto affidabili ma economici scoprendo questa marca. Ad oggi in ufficio li usiamo da quasi 2 anni e posso dire che Eaton non ha deluso le mie aspettative, tanto che, anche per casa, ho deciso di acquistarne uno per tenere "in piedi" tutto l'impianto di videosorveglianza. Da quel giorno sono passati 4 mesi, ed oggi lo ricomprerei ancora.
