TCP Global Mini Gravity Feed Spray Gun with .8mm, .5mm & 1.0mm Needle

So far I used it for clear coating furniture, and it works very well for the smaller delicate areas where you cannot get a large spray gun into tight spaces. Great atomization. Seems to be conventional non HVLP type of gun (info doesn't say). The adjustable fluid tank is indispensable. Sprays more like a spray gun than an airbrush though the smallest needle is of airbrush size. Cleans up very easy. Very happy I bought this product.

I have only used it a couple of times but it seems to be a good solid gun. I really like the range of needles sections. .05mm to 1.0mm good range for detail. Good spray pattern with adjustment.

This gun performs very well. I bought it to do edge work on guitars. I am able to get a fine steady spray pattern. The different gauge nozzles were bagged and labeled too. (I use a large compressor and an air regulator to dial the pressure down low enough for the gun to perform properly). If I had to pick at something to complain about, it would be the mechanical connection between the paint cup and the body of the gun. You’ll need a wrench to tighten it for just a little more than hand tightening. Otherwise the cup could rotate while painting. But for this price point, that is a minor inconvenience. I’m pleased.

I have been pleased with many purchases from Amazon, but not this item! Took it out of box and replaced after reading instructions---"be carful not to HURT when cleaning" ?? Comes with Three UNMARKED FOR SIZE nozzles! Doesn't even come close to quality of replacement spray gun from Big Box store that cost a bit over 1/2 price. Should be priced at $10 or $12! Will definitely try to get money back!

Other reviewers seem to miss the point that the paint reservoir rotates so that the gun can paint at any angle. Try to paint the underside of, say an aircraft wing, without dumping the contents of the paint cup on the ground with a normal gravity feed gun. This gun solves the problem by the ability to rotate the cup so the bottom is always down, whether you are painting straight down, straight up, or anywhere in-between. The paint quality is very good in my opinion and it is easy to disassemble and clean. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

The gun appears to be well made, though I can't use it. It is for a high volume compressor, which I don't have. When I attached it and tested it without paint, the result was to spray, but draw so much air from the tank that the compressor couldn't keep up. I'm disappointed because I really like the gun.

This is a great small spray gun. The cup holds about 6-7 oz wich is plenty for the small projects I do. It is easy to clean and seems well machined with one exception. The holes in the tip of the brass inside nozzle were not fully pierced. All it took was a small wire guage bit spun with my fingers in the hole to open them up. Once I realized this, my pattern became perfect with no sputtering. I use this for Cerakoting and applying other thin finishes when an air brush isn't quite large enough for the size of project.

Nice looking Spray Gun, handy that the pot is adjustable for different spray angles, the only negative is the spray caps and the needles are not marked with the sizes, so I've had to separate them into different zip lock bags and write the sizes on the bags, but otherwise a well built gun.

This gun sprays very nicely. One of the better ones I have used. Works well with a smaller compressor - 20 gallons. However it has several issues. They don't give you a wrench that fits anything. It is very hard to clean - waterbased product. The 1.0mm needle was bent. If you take it apart to clean the o-rings will most likely be damaged. If you clean it with water there is a good chance you will rust the non stainless steel springs which will containinate the gun. There is no manufacturers support or replacement parts. Note to take it apart you will need a 13 and 14mm wrench and something for the nozzle. Would I buy again - don't know for the money.
