GREAT product to reline your dentures or bottom plate!
I've used this stuff for years and I can honestly say it is well worth what you pay for it. I've had a full set of dentures for many years and have never had to use it on my upper ones, just the lower and it works exceedingly well. The product is very simple to use, just mix the contents of the bottle with the powder, stir and wait until it thickens enough to put in your denture. The instructions state to apply it when it is the consistency of honey but my advice is, I wait until it's a bit thicker, almost to the point it will not pour out on its own and then I pour in into the denture. This way, it's not so thin that it squeezes out too easily and it seems to give you better coverage. I also leave it in for about 5 minutes rather than the 3 they suggest. Make sure and bite down not really hard but just a normal bite to hold it in place and to form around your gums. Be prepared for the stuff to ooze out and get between your cheeks, etc. but this is good because you want full coverage and once it sets while the denture is in your mouth, you remove it and trim the excess off. NOTE: TOO little is not good, it's better to have more than not enough! When you mix the whole batch, you'll have plenty to do either denture. You could halve the amount and have enough, MAYBE, to do one denture or maybe even enough to do both dentures at one time but I would suggest not trying to do half at a time as you might get the mix ratio wrong and the product may not harden or perform as well. And if you try to do both dentures, you may not have enough to do both properly. Again, I can tell you emphatically, TOO little is a LOT worse than too much! The only issue with this product is, it will have an after taste for a few days. Some soak their dentures in mouthwash, use baking soda or other type of product and they claim it helps take the after taste away after a day or so. To me, I just endure it because it's not really THAT bad and it goes away after a few days anyway. As far as how long it will last, I don't recommend leaving it on as long as I have but I will tell you, I've left mine on for almost a year a couple of times and it's held up just fine. The product does tend to get stiffer the longer it stays on but if you trim it right when you first use it and don't leave any sharp edges, that won't be a problem. Honestly, I usually try and redo mine about every 3-6 months and I never intended to leave it on that long but, I've gotten so used to it, I forgot a couple of times and when I thought about redoing it, it was almost a year since I bought my last batch. That says a lot about the comfort and durability of the product! If you'll follow the directions properly, you won't have an issue with this product and you'll be happy with the results. And it'll save you a ton of money not having to see a dentist every time a reline is in order.

Easy reliner.
It works well. My denture is much more comfortable now. Its very easy to use. I did have to soak my refined denture in baking soda and water because of the chemical taste. Its fine now- no unpleasant taste.

Perfect soft reline
Excellent product. Worked perfectly. Only gave 4 stars because of the horrible taste. The taste lasts as well. It doesn't go away soon. But hey , my dentures fit

Fantastic product
Highly recommend this product. I wasnโt aware that the inside liners of my Momโs dentures, wore out over time. She started developing sores in different areas. When I called the place she got them, they said it was the liner that had worn away. After 3 years!!! They said they could feline them, for $224 for the lower denture and $324 for the upper denture. I found that to be outrageous!! I research different options , and we tried different products. This product was by far the best! No comparison really It is a product that is very easy to prepare and line the denture. It stays in place well. Itโs smooth and soft, without having any areas stick into my momโs gums. It fit well on both her top and bottom denture. The bottom did not require as much, so we trimmed the excess, before letting it harden. Once it hardened, she was able to put both upper and lower denture in immediately. She said they felt perfect. No areas that poked her gums or irritated any part of her mouth. They were snug and comfortable, immediately. She is very happy with this product, as am I. Give this a try. You will be very glad you did!

It tastes horrible; don't buy it, or you'll regret it.
I was looking for a product to reline my dentures, and after doing a little research, I found this one; it seemed suitable and reasonably priced. While Iโm no expert, I did my best to follow the included instructions. I managed to create what was essentially a thin silicone layerโwhich, of course, isn't the same as visiting a dentist (and watch your wallet there, because youโd have to spend a lot more). Anyway, after following the directions, I could see the denture had a thin coating of silicone... I waited the recommended time and rinsed it thoroughly several times with cold water as instructed... but ??โand hereโs the problem, and I think we all experience the same thingโthe HORRIBLE TASTE that lingers in your mouth, not just for a day, but for several days... I just don't understand how a product meant to go in your mouth can have such an unpleasant taste. Don't the manufacturers read consumer reviews? They really ought to be more considerateโI mean, they should pay more attention to what we, the users, have to say. If they took this into account, I think theyโd get better reviews *and* see higher sales. Unless, of course, they simply don't care what we think. Mind you, Iโm not saying the product doesn't work; Iโm just pointing out that the taste is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. If any of the manufacturers actually used it themselves, theyโd spit it out in a split second without hesitation. And believe me, that taste doesn't go away quicklyโit lingers for days. I really think something should be done to fix the issue of that lingering aftertaste. To wrap up, the manufacturersโwho presumably have quality control measures in placeโreally ought to find a way to add something to the product to mask or improve the taste maybe MINT or something similar. That would make it much more pleasant to have in oneโs mouth and prevent the vomiting or gagging it causes for so many people... because, I repeat, the taste is horrible. That is all I have to say. I hope some attention is paid to these reviewsโunless, as I mentioned, the company simply doesn't care about them, or about its consumers for that matter.

Will the liner work ok?
Leaves fowl taste in mouth. Taste never goes away no mater how long you soak it in Baking Soda or even mouthwash. Removed it after several days due to taste. Used different product.

Excellent Product!!
I use this reline once every 2 or 3 months I have a very strong gag reflex, so when I first got my dentures I was absolutely panicked about how I was going to manage. I'm not going to be able to anchor them with implants for another year, so I was stuck with pulling them out of my mouth all day long. Every time my tongue touched that hard upper palate I started to gag. I asked my dentist to shorten the palate and she did a tiny bit - not enough. So I took my dremel and I adjusted the denture by removing tiny bits of the palate, wearing them for a week or so, removing more, wearing, removing etc. Finally, I can wear them all day without gagging. However, I had to trade - I have a denture that's easy to wear but I gave up that good suction at the roof of my mouth for keeping them in. I must use adhesive, which, believe me is just fine considering how comfortable they are now. However, as my gums shrink the adhesive becomes less and less effective. In order to have good results from the glue, the denture really needs to fit well. So, I reline them regularly and I have a nice fit that is easily glued in place. Also, as my gums shrink the dentures look less natural in my mouth. I wind up with what I call denture mouth, where the teeth are too far in and don't show as well when I smile. So, when I reline, I place them in my mouth in a way that looks natural - not pressing too hard - and that fills in the gaps created from the shrinking gums. The result is a very comfortable denture that fits well and allows the denture glue to get good adhesion. This product is super simple to use. It comes with instructions - mix the product, wait a few minutes, pour into denture, put in your mouth, bite down for 3 minutes, remove, put in cold water, trim excess. If you have the gagging problem like I do, I suggest you tilt your head forward and down while the reline is setting in your mouth. This prevents any spill-over from touching the back of your mouth. If you start gagging you will not get the same good results in terms of fit. The hardest part about this product is removing the remnants of the old reline. I soak my denture in very hot water, and I pull the reline out with my jewelry pliers. I have to keep putting them back into the hot water because the old reline cools quickly and is difficult to remove when it's not soft and pliable. After I'm done, I always soak mine in mouthwash for a couple of minutes because the taste can be pretty awful at first. Even after the mouthwash soak I can still taste the bitterness of the reline a tiny bit, and it stays that way for a day or two. It isn't too terrible if you do the mouthwash soak. Before I started using the soft reline, I soaked my dentures overnight. I find that the reline lasts much longer if I do not do that. You can still soak them all night if you want, but you will have to reline more often. Now, I soak mine with the cleaning product while I'm in the shower. At night, I just rinse ad brush, dry them and put them in a container.

I"LL TELL YOU WHY THIS IS THE BEST RELINE KIT (WITH HINTS)!!!!!
I have had to reline my dentures more than once, because I simply do not have the money to buy new dentures- who does these days? I have tried other competing products, but the reviews convinced me to try ProSoft. Wow, what an improvement over other products! Here's how I managed to get a great fit with ProSoft, and some helpful hints: ProSoft really does edge out the competition. It is the best reline kit, in my opinion. But remember: you should be thinking about new dentures. It's not good to keep relining. By the way, the other products turn brown at the edges over time. Uck! Here are my tips to add to the sparse directions included in the package. 1. Be sure you do the procedure on a washable surface- a ceramic counter is perfect; I used my sink ledges to work. The product does get thickly gooey and may drip onto the surface you are working on. 2. Be sure you have a clock and a good, small paring knife. It is important to time everything just right as per the directions. 3. I washed each denture in turn with my usual paste and hand sanitizer before I started. I rinsed them VERY thoroughly, and dried them. I wanted my dentures super clean. Be sure to do one plate at a time. When it comes time to insert the denture to get an impression, you will need the other plate in your mouth to have something to bite against. 4. The cups are too small. I agree with others who have said this. So, knowing this, be prepared to stir extremely carefully all the time you are mixing, especially at first. Otherwise, you end up slopping the stuff over the edge of the tiny cup. Mixing a powder and a liquid is tricky. At first, watch for lumps of dry powder in the mixture. Stir gently. 5. I like the mixture to be truly as thick as cold honey. If you move too fast, you will have a mess. 6. Pour the reline mixture into the denture. If your denture used to rock in your mouth, be sure to tip the denture a bit towards the side that needs to be thicker. 7. Most important of all: DO NOT BITE DOWN TOO HARD OR DEEP. I felt like I was biting about three-quarters of the way when i was doing it. Be prepared for the icky taste- it's just a little odd and stings a bit. Be sure to time those three minutes exactly. 8.Be sure your water is cold. It'll help the setting of the reliner. Again, be sure to time exactly. 9. When the time is up, it is time to trim away the excess. I used my paring knife carefully, and only trimmed a bit at a time. This will prevent you from pulling off too much reliner and ruining your work! 10. When you have trimmed your denture, pop it in for fit- it should be close to perfect. You can use your thumb to press down the edges at the back of the denture, being careful not to mess up the impression. 11. I hope these tips will help you get a perfect fit! One more thought: try to figure out a way to get new dentures. I am using a jar to save my change and dollars I have to spare. It's slow, but better than putting up with bad dentures. They can really wreck your gums and underlying bone if you put it off too long.

Not what I wanted
I ordered wrong. I thought it was a reliner to make my dents better fitting but it should be used to make a Mal. So I didn't use it. Probably my own fault.

Comfortable
I was a little dubious about ordering this, however clear instructions to follow easily, feels like a new set of dentures, really comfortable and not expensive, used about 2 months ago and still going strong. Would recommend

Reline-it example as done at home
Works great. Apply fast when soggy so fills the gaps. I sanded the denture for extra grip then applied denture reline it. Use half the mix and half liquid if doing just a top or bottom pallete as it's plenty. And can then use rest a few months later or reapply if still a loose fit once dry after first attempt. So far this has lasted a few months no issue second attempt, first attempt was a learning curve as it sets faster than I expected. Good price for the product but I wish they did slightly cheaper overall for these as one mistake and got one chance left or have to reorder and can then get expensive. Image provided to show it fills gaps and makes it a snug fit.

Good product if you follow instructions properly!
Definitely pick this liner. It is the softest and most comfortable one available. If you take care, you will get a good result. Use both pots for 1 denture. Fill it right up. It will squeeze out into your mouth when you bite down, but it is easily removable once cool. Much easier than removing Polygrip. It just peels off. Let the pots set for around 4 mins. You want it so it BARELY pours and you have to help it along with the stick. Keep a medium bite on for a full 5 mins, then place in cold water for 5 mins. Trim with scissors and very sharp knife. Be patient. This is going to live in your mouth. Once again... 1. Mix both pots (same time) 2. Fill it right up 3. Medium bite for 5 MINS! 4. Cold water 5 mins 5. Trim with care The comments I've read about the taste are exaggerated. Yes it tastes chemical and funny when you set it up. Yes it will continue to have an aftertaste for 2-4 days. Is it that bad? No it isn't. Anyone who's ever had a denture mould (so all of you) know the taste. You can help it along with a bit of bicarbonate or mouthwash etc. It's really not that bigger deal though honestly. Good product if instructions followed correctly and patience/care employed ๐๐ป
