Galaxy Note 9 Verizon Ocean Blue 128GB

I was really surprised when I received this phone. It came in original packaging and looked brand new. Works great. No problems at all. My only complaint was that no charing cable was included so I did have to quickly order one as its charging port takes a different type usb cable then all of my prior Note phones. But for the price is wasn't a big deal.

I have had 4 of these phones. LOVE the phone the screen cracked on the last two new ones we bought without warning. No drops nothing banging against it, with an otterbox case and a screen protector on it! The older note 9 I had has NEVER had a problem at all to this day. The other 3 which are newer: screen had lines on it unless on max brightness, screen cracked, fingerprint reader kept crashing phone, then screen cracked. Only the original one I have remains intact. I bought them all here, something must be going on because I would Never recommend buying one now. FYI the screen repair costs more than the phone! Please let me know an alternative with a more durable screen if anyone knows.

We are Verizon prepaid customers. My husband was having difficulty with his phone and we did not want to pay $1200 for a new one. This phone was brand new and still very respectable specifications. It arrived on one day and was in a sealed box. It had a charging cable, earbuds and adapter to connect to transfer data. Battery was totally discharged so first I charged it up - it has been holding its charge fine. I went onto the Verizon App and to the change phone section. Entered the imei number and the sim card number, switched right over. Than I switched the sim card from the old phone. Restarted the phone and it switched right over, immedietly accepted calls and texts. The included adapter said it was incompatable but I downloaded Samsung Smart switch on both phones than just set them close to each other and they transferred all the data. Honestly the easiest switch I have ever done and mu husband loves his phone.

Definitely would recommend this phone. The camera is better and the s pen is a plus. I received this phone in a timely manner and couldn't believe it was refurbished as it was in a Samsung box with all the accessories. Very pleased and would buy from them again

Phone came 2 days later than it should have! Advertised as Verizon phone but has none of the Verizon stuff on it! Put a Verizon sim card in it and it doesn't work...won't connect to the network!

Its a good one, all the other Samsung products are good too.

Needed to upgrade and couldn't justify payments or brand new prices. Screen has some obvious scratches but it powered up fine and works great. Also, it arrived in great time given the current circumstances. All in all, very satisfied with my choice, have recommended the same to others, and would not hesitate to make the same choice again.

I was sent the wrong phone but when I contacted them they made sure they had it right and made sure I receive it by Christmas Eve. I thought it was impossible because just about just a day later. They made it happen. The guy I spoke with made sure he did whatever it took to keep me happy with my purchase. Great customer service and my husband is very happy with his phone. Would buy again.
